Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

If you need to request a return, please sign into your Library Oasis account (with just your email) and click on the order. If it has already been fulfilled, you will see a "Request return" button on this page. After you submit your request, we will review it and once it's approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

You will need to mail the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label. Please note that there will be a $5 USD charge to partially cover the costs of the return.

 

 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (item amount including any taxes minus $5 USD). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@libraryoasis.com.

 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for 7 extra days (within 14 days total). As above, for the first 7 days of delivery, if you decide to return the item(s), $5 USD will be withheld from your refund to partially cover shipping costs. If it's past the first 7 days after delivery, please email us at support@libraryoasis.com to request a return and note that you will be responsible for the full shipping cost which will depend on your location and item weight/size. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to mail the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label.
