Shipping
When will I get my order?
Fulfillment
We make your products especially for you as soon as you place the order, which then passes through our 3-step quality control process. This helps reduce overproduction promoting sustainability. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions by shopping at Library Oasis!
Usually, it takes 2-5 days to fulfill your order, after which it's shipped out. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with your shipping confirmation, carrier details, and tracking info to follow your goodies' journey to you.
Delivery
The shipping time depends on your location. Here are the estimated shipping times by region.
- USA: 3–6 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
If a specific item cannot be shipped to some regions, you'll see a disclaimer in the product description "Shipping" section on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
At present, Library Oasis customers enjoy free shipping worldwide!
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver worldwide with very few exceptions! We currently do NOT ship to these regions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations:
- Belarus
- Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kharkivska, Zaporizska, and Khersonska regions in Ukraine
- Cuba
- Ecuador
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
If you are in any of these regions, we apologize for not being able reach you, but hope that you will stay in touch with Libris. We really value your company!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and/or import tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases beforehand.
I entered my address wrong. What do I do?
If you made a mistake when providing your delivery address, contact us at support@libraryoasis.com as soon as possible.
We ask that you please double check all your delivery information like your address, name, phone number, etc. for accuracy when placing your order, because mistakes in this information can make the carrier unable to deliver your package. In such cases, the package will be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier. We'll get back to you after checking your order and let you know what charges (if any others in addition to shipping) will be incurred so we can reship the item(s).

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, contact our customer support at support@libraryoasis.com.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
We know it can be frustrating to have to wait longer than expected and are here to help minimize that frustration. Estimated delivery dates are based on average transit times, but sometimes there are delays caused by weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.
If it’s only been a day or two past the estimate, it’s best to wait just a bit longer; tracking updates often appear with a delay.
If it has already been more than 5 business days since the original estimated delivery time, please take the following steps:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- If applicable, stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please get in touch with us at support@libraryoasis.com with your order number. Please make sure to contact us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. You can also choose a refund of the total minus shipping costs.
Disclaimer: If the shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered, but you don't have it, you need to get in touch with the carrier, as we are not liable for lost or stolen packages from doorsteps or mailboxes and cannot help in such cases.
I received a damaged/wrong product, what should I do?
In rare cases, damaged or mislabeled items might slip through our quality control or get damaged in transit. We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at
support@libraryoasis.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged/wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! A detailed description of the problem and quality photos where we can clearly see the issue will expedite the process. After confirming the issue we will take full responsibility and you may choose to receive a replacement at no cost or a full refund issued to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@libraryoasis.com. If it’s still possible to cancel it at the given stage of fulfillment, we will do so for you.

Returns
What's your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will need to mail the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label. Please note that there will be a $5 USD charge to partially cover the costs of the return.

How do I request a return?
If your item is eligible and you need to request a return, please sign into your Library Oasis account (with just your email) and click on the order. If it has already been fulfilled, you will see a "Request return" button on this page. After you submit your request, we will review it and once it's approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package back. You will need to mail the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do refunds work?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange my item?
We kindly ask that you review the size guides, colors, and other product details carefully when placing an order to make sure you get the best size/option for you from the get go. However, we understand that mistakes happen, and your satisfaction is our top priority. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We have a 7 day return policy. Can I use Libris in my own projects?
Libris and all our artwork are copyrighted. Currently, Library Oasis LLC is the only authorized party who can manufacture and sell goods using Library Oasis's Intellectual Property.
